As my slow season ends I can’t help but get really excited for 2018. I photographed a few sessions so far in 2018 but this South Jersey portrait photography session is the start to my official photo season. I loved working with Madison on her senior portraits recently! We started in the studio for a few photos then, since we luckily had great weather, we walked throughout the town of Riverton to complete the session. The evening was pretty overcast and since nothing is blooming yet, it was tricky trying to add some color and dimension to the photos. After a walk through town we stumbled on some great yellow blooms (I am not a nature person and don’t know the name of these popular bushes) which looked amazing paired with Madison’s blonde hair and periwinkle dress! This was definitely a great start to the year and I’m so excited to get out and start the season!
