This fabulous couple has a wonderful history and incredibly interesting lifestyle. They reside in Philadelphia and were planning a wedding where all friends and family could attend. However, with family coming from all over, it was just not happening. Instead, they decided to elope and have a small ceremony at the Logan Hotel in Philadelphia. Prior to the ceremony and in true wedding fashion, they decided to do a photo session around Philadelphia. We copied their routine walks around town and stopped at their favorite spots. The Barnes Foundation is one of their favorite locations and where we spent the most of the session. The grounds are beautiful especially during a golden sunset on a warm summer day such as this. The classic architecture is combined with glass-like water features and modern structure making it an lovely place for an evening stroll. And like all couples, these two swore they would be awkward in front of the camera. A few minutes into the session I could tell that the camera was no big deal. They were just happy to be saying their vows in just under an hour and they were truly in love with each other. This photo was taken in the beginning of their shoot when things are usually not yet warmed up they really fell right into a grove from the start.
