Philadelphia Engagement Photography at the Art Museum

This Philadelphia engagement photography session at the art museum was one of the hottest days of the summer but you would never guess it by how calm, cool and collected this couple is. They look amazing, loved being with each other, and really braved the heat and humidity. The session started at Longwood Gardens since it is one of their favorite places. After we were done at Longwood and following a quick outfit change we met back at the art museum for the rest of the session. The couple got engaged near Independence Mall and lived together in Philadelphia for short time. They wanted to document their life together in the city so we chose the art museum so that we could capture the iconic photo looking down the parkway and also use the famous architecture of the museum. The bride and groom to be are planning a summer wedding in their hometown in Alabama. Philadelphia weddings and engagement sessions are my specialty. I love that couples who want to honor their lives and love of the city come to me to create images that showcase their story. Not one for nature, I love that the city possesses so many different sections that each have a different feel to them.
