Merchants Exchange is definitely a popular place for wedding photos. The neutral backdrop paired with stunning architecture and formalwear definitely creates timeless photos for any couple. I love that although we are in the city you can always get a feel for the season while also incorporating the historical architecture. You can see the small piles of ice and snow building on the sidewalk and cobblestone streets and you can also see the bare trees peeking out from behind the building. This bridal party was exceptionally understanding and worked together so well to capture the photos that we needed. This day was not pretty although I think that the photos turned out to be amazing. It was freezing cold with icy rain and not what most brides would like on their wedding day. However, the overcast sky and fog that partially covered the city buildings along with the patches of ice on the ground made for some beautiful photographs for our newlyweds!
