Before the Cecil Creek Farm wedding in New Jersey the bride, her bridesmaids and family got ready at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. Friends and family from all over the country flew in for this romantic and rustic farm wedding. We started the day with plenty of time for photos during prep. As always I love classic and clean photos of the rings and photos that resonate with the couple. Our bride and groom were classy, elegant and simply beautiful and I felt like this ring setup matches their personalities. No need for extra bling, sparkles, or lights they are just beautiful in their elegance and simplicity. The bride's veil was the perfect backdrop for this photo especially because her gown and jewelry choices were simple and clean. As the saying goes, sometimes less is more. My style of photography is on the traditional, clean and classic side without too many trends or clutter in the photos. I approach the day with a photojournalistic vision while also keeping the spaces and scene clear and uncluttered. During the prep session of the day the idea of keeping a scene clear can be difficult. Bridesmaids tend to have their things all over the room while hair and makeup take the remaining open spaces. No one ever minds when I start moving furniture or belongings in order to get the best point of view which is great because I am always looking out to get the best photos for my brides and grooms.
